A system error needs diagnosis. A missing public-map observation might instead reflect reception or service coverage. Start with the aircraft or module’s status and the manufacturer’s troubleshooting process.

Suggested details for your own flight records

Where appropriate to your operation, record the aircraft and module, software versions, the checks performed and any resolved fault. Use your existing records or operations manual. Keep private RID characters out of public reports and shared screenshots.
