Copy it carefully.
RID is case-sensitive. The final three characters are private: don’t share them or put them on an aircraft label. Use your manufacturer’s instructions for entering the full RID during setup.

If your private characters have been exposed, contact the CAA to request a replacement. Remove your RID before selling or letting someone else use the aircraft.
