Before you start.

Keep the expiry dates separate.

The CAA currently lists Operator ID validity as one year and Flyer ID validity as five years. Renewing one is not a reason to assume the other is current. Check the dates shown in your account and any additional qualifications your operation requires.

If you are locked out.

Use the registration-team contact on the official CAA page below. Explain whether the problem is access to an old email, account details or an error message. Do not publish account screenshots or private RID characters on a forum.

Our practical record-keeping suggestion

Keep the registration renewal date in your own calendar, along with a link to the official service. After an account change, compare the current registration information with your aircraft records and follow any instructions the CAA gives you. This website does not store renewal reminders or access your account.
